Extended Steering Committee (ESC)

The CPE is composed of representatives of the ministries in charge of education and ENI/ENIB/ENIEG, and the directors of the three ENS members of the project. It meets in ordinary session once a year and as needed. This committee is chaired by the Rector of the University of Yaoundé 1; the Senior Project Manager (SPM) provides the secretariat. Representatives of civil society and any other person whose participation is deemed relevant may join as observers or resource persons.

Mission

Approve and revise, as needed, the broad directions of the IRAP

Approve the Implementation Plan (IP), annual work plans and budgets

Ensure that all conditions are met for the success of the project

Ensure compliance with the contractual commitments of all parties involved in the project
